Queb Award 2021

Queb, the national association of Germany’s best-known employers in the fields of employer branding, personnel marketing and recruiting, has nominated con terra GmbH for a Queb HR Innovation Award. A jury consisting of parts of the Queb Board of Directors and Advisory Board - experts from business and science as well as the two previous year's winners, choose con terra with their Dreamjob Configurator and has them on the shortlist in the corporate category alongside Bayer and Deutsche Telekom. 

By the application deadline, 57 companies had applied for the coveted Queb HR Innovation Awards this year. The awards are presented in the service provider and company categories.

With the award, the Queb Bundesverband honors outstanding innovations in the areas of employer branding, personnel marketing, recruiting or HR technology. The aim is to set important innovations in HR work.

The winners of the respective categories will be determined live by the audience in an elevator pitch on September 28. 
We are very excited about the nomination and are looking forward to the live pitches of the shortlisters and the subsequent decision from the audience.
