With 70,000 participants from all over the world, Esri Inc. impressively proved last year that the Esri User Conference (Esri UC) lives up to its reputation as the largest GIS conference, even as a digital event. This year's UC will once again bring together ArcGIS users and geo experts from all over the world. The UC will take place from 12 to 15 July, and this year it will again be a fully virtual event due to the Corona pandemic.  

The 2021 event, which is free of charge for Esri customers, is once again very varied and includes technical workshops, best-practice presentations, partner sessions and a wide-ranging networking programme. In keeping with tradition, Esri founder Jack Dangermond will kick off the conference with a 3.5-hour plenary session.
