con terra wins Rexx Recruiting Award 2021

con terra GmbH won first place at this year's Rexx Recruiting Award in Cologne with the Dreamjob Configurator. The app convinced both the jury of recruiting experts and the HR community.  

In the opinion of the jury, con terra has demonstrated a special flair for innovation and creativity in recruiting with the Dreamjob Configurator. The classic application process is completely rethought; it is not the employer who leads the process, but the wishes of the applicants that take centre stage. They can use the app to configure their dream job and then apply with just a few clicks, without any red tape. The reversal of the usual procedure has many advantages for both sides. The applicants reflect on their wishes for a possible job and express them transparently for all parties involved. As an employer, con terra receives valuable information and is able to get a clearer picture of the applicants' expectations. But above all, those who take part should have fun applying with the Dreamjob Configurator.   

Both the expert jury and the HR community were enthusiastic about this idea and voted the Dreamjob Configurator into first place as the best HR solution.
 

The renowned Rexx Rexruiting Award annually honours outstanding ideas in HR marketing and has been awarded by Rexx Systems and HRnetworx since 2018. A total of 12 companies made it onto the shortlist this year, including Deutsche Bahn, Penny and MAN. The award ceremony took place live on 15 September at the Zukunft Personal Reconnect trade fair in Cologne.

We are very happy about this award, because it shows us that it is important to leave the tried and tested paths in recruiting and to put the processes to the test again and again. We would like to thank the expert jury and everyone who voted for us!
